Terms & Conditions
All reservations must be prepaid in full to a credit card at the time of booking.
Payments
Full payment is required to book a reservation. We currently accept Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total price of the reservation, including all applicable taxes. We use a Secure Socket Layer to protect the personal information that is requested. Note that the address you enter must be the billing address
of the credit card.
All payments are processed by Las Vegas Accommodations, Unlimited.
Additional Guests
Hotel accommodation charges are based on a per guest or per couple price. Hotel policies are to charge an additional fee for additional guests. Individual hotel policies regarding these
additional charges can be found on , under the information page for that hotel.
Check-In Policies
All rooms in a casino property must have at least one adult, 21 years of age or older, in order to check in. Nevada law stipulates that no one under the age of 21 years of age will be allowed to visit in or around the casino areas. All guest will be required to present photo identification upon check-in.
Energy Surcharge
It is at the hotels discretion whether to pass an energy surcharge on to its guests. Energy surcharges are a temporary measure to counter the unprecedented increase in rates from energy companies.
Refunds, Cancellations & Revisions
All Cancellations or Revisions must be made through our Customer Service Department
Cancellations or Revisions received via e-mail will not be accepted.
Cancellations taken between the day the reservation was originally booked up until 3 days prior to, (before), the arrival date will be subject to a $30.00 non refundable penalty. Cancellations taken within 3 days of the arrival date will be subject to the $30.00 penalty AND the price of the first nights room and tax due to the hotel. Please call with any questions.
No-Show's at the hotel are subject to the $30.00 handing fee and the first night room charge, due to the hotel. The hotel will automatically cancel all additional nights in the event of a no-show, unless prior arrangements are made with our Customer Service Department.
Revisions in any existing reservations are subject to a $30.00 handing fee per room.
Relocation/Disclaimer:
We do not anticipate being oversold and will use our best efforts to avoid any inconvenience to our customers. However, in the event of an oversold situation, we will relocate a customer to a property of comparable or better accommodations, if such accommodations are available, at no additional charge to customer, and without liability for such relocation.
We operate as a reservation service, and are not the hotel, thus cannot accept any liability for incidents occurring at the property. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to acts of God, transportation cancellations, or other events beyond our control.
Special Request Disclaimer:
Special requests such as bedding type, smoking preference, or rooms with a view may be requested at time of check-in. We have omitted these requests from our booking process, as hotels are not able to guarantee them. If you have special needs please inform the hotel clerk at time of check-in.
New Years Eve Celebration Terms and Conditions
Cancellations can be made
from the date of booking until December 1st of the year prior to New Years, cancellation fee will be $30 per room. Any reservation cancelled
AFTER December 1, will be NON-REFUNDABLE in its entirety per room. Name or date changes must be placed with LVT prior to ten (10) days of the
arrival date and are subject to a $30 processing fee per room (date changes cannot be accepted for less than the required minimum stay quoted at
time of booking). If the person named below fails to check into their room on the scheduled arrival date, the hotel/motel reserves the right to
cancel the balance of this reservation with no refund due. Early checkout will not be refundable if the stay is less than the minimum nights quoted.
Rates quoted are the accepted rates for this period and may not reflect those of the hotel/motel. LVT is not responsible for any cancellations at
the hotel/motel beyond our control.
Restrictions
Weekend Stays. Due to our relationship with the hotels we cannot sell a one night stay on Friday or Saturday on the Internet. One night stays can be made using the toll free number listed on the previous web page (subject to availability). Arrivals on Saturday might also be restricted at certain hotels in certain locations.
Holidays. During the year we consider the following holidays to be restricted to a three (3) night minimum stay.
Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, & New Years.
Special Events. During the year special events or city wide events may be subject to a three (3) night stay. Hotels may decline certain dates of arrival during these time periods without prior notice.
